Developing and executing test plans, the full-time Quality Engineer will perform exploratory and automated testing for the Evolent Platform web user experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases for assigned features while performing exploratory and automated testing
Create and maintain automated tests using Playwright and execute automated test suites in CI/CD pipelines
Identify, document, and track defects, analyzing test results and reporting on software quality status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, including hands-on UI test automation
Experience with Playwright or similar end-to-end automation tools, preferably using TypeScript or JavaScript
Familiarity with API testing tools and REST APIs
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
