AI Literacy Program Associate

To support the adoption of responsible AI practices, the remote AI Literacy Program Associate will design engaging learning experiences, coach employees on practical AI applications, and facilitate workshops to drive measurable business impact. Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate hands-on AI workshops, labs, and learning sessions Develop high-quality instructor-led and digital learning content, including job aids and guides Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and translate AI concepts into role-specific learning experiencesRequired QualificationsExperience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Change Management Proven ability to design and deliver instructor-led and digital learning programs Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills Experience with AI tools or generative AI platforms (preferred) Understanding of responsible AI, governance, and compliance principles (preferred)
