Food Production Associate

Cutting Department: 5:30 AM until production ends

Packaging Department: 6:30 AM until production ends

Key Responsibilities: Prepare fruits and vegetables using hand-held cutting tools Operate equipment such as vegetable dryers, electronic scales, and packaging machines Package finished products, ensuring correct weight, code dating, and seal integrity Build boxes and palletize finished goods Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Report any illness or contamination risks before starting work Immediately report any contamination or safety concerns to a supervisor Follow all company safety procedures and report unsafe conditions

Work Environment: Refrigerated food production facility Repetitive tasks requiring standing for long periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications: No experience required – on-the-job training provided Experience in food processing is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player with good coordination and manual dexterity Dependable and adaptable Why Work with Effex?
