The leadership of the firm are from some of the leading, largest and niche focused firms such as PwC, Accenture, Deloitte, Parthenon, BCG and Bain (to name a few). Due to recent market trends, uptick in deal activity in the PE sector, and narrow industry specialization – they are expanding the Commercial Due Diligence team, Strategy & Transactions. What are people saying about this company?A collaborative team effort, less competitive or "cut-throat" like major multinational firmsWe are "anti" Big Four – we hired away from Big Four just based on our culture and what we are building alongWe work with niche businesses in our sector, which helps us to standout in a highly specialized market Title: M&A Strategy – Senior ManagerSalary: $21,000 to $265,000 +BonusLocation: New York, NY or Boston, MAResponsibilities:• Work with Partners/Directors in M&A engagementsConduct end to end Commercial Due Diligence (kickoff, deep dive in market analysis, competitive/customer analysis, company assessment and final presentation)Become a sector expert in due time, or pick a lane in and around the Services spaceAssist and start to build your muscle in Business Development/Origination activitiesCreate pitches, decks and build long term industry relationshipsAdvise on Buy/Sell side M&A activities, structure deals , engage in the due diligence processManage the internal deal team and client communication/expectationOwn the CDD process with limited oversightProvide mentorship to juniors around the firm, direct team members and cross functional resourcesEnthusiastic about the PE/Tech IndustryTech/Software focused or Tech Services focused M&A experience is a plus, other sectors like Industrials, Healthcare or Consumer is also okayRequirements:• BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fieldMBA is nice to have but not neededAnywhere between 5 to 10 years of overall experience in Strategy Consulting with an emphasis on M&A Advisory, ODD, CDD and or IT DiligenceAny sub sector expertise in the Tech/Business Services space will help candidate's standoutOpen to travel as needed by clientsMust have a track record of leading small teams (4-6 junior Associates/Consultants)Minimum 3 yrs of Consulting experience is ideal (if it is post MBA)
