Retail Dallas - Full-Time Sales Associate

Compensation: Peacock Alley offers a competitive benefits package plus an hourly rate of $21.00 per hour plus commissions.

What We're Looking For: Our ideal candidate will have a high degree of professionalism and personal presentation consistent with a luxury environment and bring previous demonstrated, successful, on-site retail experience in luxury, home décor, or lifestyle brand environment. This is more than a sales role — you'll be a trusted style advisor, brand ambassador, and hospitality expert, guiding customers through a truly elevated shopping experience. A minimum of 8+ years of on-site retail or customer service experience in a high-end customer marketA genuine passion for beautiful products and a natural ability to connect with customers Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Comfort with point-of-sale systems and basic computer tools Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as needed High school diploma or equivalent required; Preference will be given to candidates with advanced education coursework in design, fashion, or hospitality and/or candidates who are actively working towards a degree in this industry Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
