Project ManagerLocation: Phoenix, AZ – OnsiteDuration: Long TermRole OverviewNeed experienced Project Managers to support end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Global Supply Management, Risk & Compliance, and Servicing organizations within the Gary Kensey portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery OwnershipOwn delivery of initiatives from intake through planning, execution, testing, release, and post-delivery stabilizationManage integrated delivery plans across Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and OperationsEnsure outcomes align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standardsCross-Functional Leadership & LiaisonAct as the primary conduit between Product Strategy and Engineering Platform teamsTranslate business priorities into clear delivery plans and milestonesFacilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders without direct authorityDelivery Governance & Process AdoptionEnsure the appropriate level of delivery rigor based on initiative complexity and risk profileApply and enforce Client delivery standards, controls, and governance modelsIdentify gaps in process adoption and recommend improvements proactivelyRisk, Compliance & Control ManagementPartner closely with Risk, Compliance, and Control teams to ensure:Timely reviews and approvalsClear auditability of decisionsCompliance with regulatory and internal policy requirementsProactively identify delivery, dependency, and execution risks with mitigation plansTesting & Quality StrategyDrive end-to-end test strategy alignment, including:UAT coordinationIntegration and downstream testing impactValidation of readiness criteria prior to releaseEnsure testing responsibilities are clearly defined across Product and Engineering teamsExecutive Communication & ReportingProvide clear, concise status reporting to senior leadershipSurface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early with recommended actions
