Senior Deputy City Attorney: Advisory & Litigation

The City of Stockton is seeking a Deputy City Attorney IV - Advisory to provide senior legal counsel on municipal matters. This exempt, at-will role involves advisory and litigation support, including civil and criminal matters, for City departments and boards, with potential for complex case work and interaction with the City Council. Qualified candidates hold a JD, CA Bar admission, and at least three years of comparable experience within municipal government. Occasional travel may be required.
