Overview As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will bridge Software Engineering and IT to automate and stabilize deployment pipelines while supporting cloud and infrastructure initiatives. You’ll improve build and release processes, bolster security, and drive operational excellence across environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to modernize deployment strategies and ensure reliable, scalable software delivery. This role offers meaningful impact through automation, security improvements, and cloud-focused initiatives. Compensation / Benefits Competitive salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Retirement Savings Plan Hybrid Work Environment Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for new and existing software products Collaborate with Software Engineers and IT to align deployment strategies with requirements Manage build, release, and deployment processes across multiple environments Review build/release environments for compliance, security, and readiness Participate in security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability remediation Evaluate and implement technologies to improve security, resilience, and scalability Identify and automate manual processes to boost operational efficiency Monitor performance and troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and application issues Document activities via ticketing and change management systems Stay current with emerging Dev Ops, cloud, security, and infrastructure technologies Support infrastructure and technology projects as assigned Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years as a Dev Ops Engineer/SRE in production, or 5+ years software engineering with Dev Ops responsibilities Strong SDLC understanding Experience administering Windows and Linux servers in production Extensive experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops Automation/scripting proficiency in Bash and Power Shell Familiarity with Microsoft. NET applications and modern web technologies Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teamsstrong communicationproblem-solvingteam collaboration Azure Dev Ops CI/CDWindows and Linux server administration Bash scripting
