Pay Rate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr. on W2Top 3 Must-Have Skill SetsWeb & Mobile Application Test Automation Automation using device farms / multiple devices Java, Selenium, Microservices, KotlinKey Responsibilities Lead hands-on test automation for web, mobile, APIs, backend microservices, and integrated systems. Design and maintain automation frameworks and automated functional, regression, integration, negative, reliability, and performance tests. Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and risk-based verification aligned with requirements. Validate UI, APIs, microservices, databases, messaging, and end-to-end workflows. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates. Troubleshoot complex application, service, device, network, and test-environment failures. Participate in defect triage, RCA, risk assessments, design/requirements reviews, and corrective actions. Maintain traceability, verification evidence, test results, and audit-ready documentation. Collaborate with Software, Systems, Quality, Security, DevOps, Architecture, Product, and UI/UX teams. Lead/mentor offshore test engineers and provide technical guidance. Improve automation frameworks, tools, test environments, and quality processes.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's + 6 years relevant experience OR Master's + 4 years relevant experience.5+ years preferred in software development, SDET, test automation, or quality engineering. Strong Java and JavaScript experience. Hands-on web and mobile application testing/automation. Experience with APIs, backend services, microservices, or distributed systems. Experience creating software verification artifacts: test strategies, test designs, test cases, test results. Experience with Git/source control, defect tracking, CI/CD/build pipelines. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills. Experience working in a medical-device, regulated, or compliance-driven environment preferred/strongly desired.
