Senior Director of Business Finance Information Systems $240K
San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT owner and own the full lifecycle of finance application systems including NetSuite ERP, adjacent Accounting and business operation platforms.
- Stay ahead of technology trends and vendor capabilities to drive innovation. Develop, share, curate points of view on process simplification and scale to inform future roadmaps.
- Partner to Finance, Supply Chain and Sales/Marketing
- Serve as the primary technology partner for corporate finance and operation functions.
Operations & Governance:
Stabilize and mature core systems, eliminating papercuts, manual workarounds, and fragmented workflows. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance IT applications team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).10+ years leading enterprise applications or business systems in a complex, fast-growing environment.
