Branch Manager: Growth & Member Service Leader

Charter Oak Federal Credit Union’s Niantic branch is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the team, drive sales, strengthen member service, and grow branch business. The candidate must motivate staff, build relationships, and guide daily operations to meet branch objectives. The ideal hire will have at least three years of management experience in a credit union or financial institution, with strong communication, customer service and sales skills and a track record of meeting goals.
