Group Leader Trainee - Body (2nd Shift) Group Leader Trainee Body (2nd Shift) Manufacturing Department Outline of duties: Demonstrates a positive role model for all Associates to promote each Team Member's success. Maintains familiarity with all job duties and skill levels of all Team Members and monitors events that may affect Team performance. Responsible for the assessment and development of each Team Member's performance. Understands, teaches, and promotes the SIA Production System to all Team leaders and Team Members. Ensures compliance with all Company Policies and procedures and take appropriate corrective actions, if necessary. Aligns leadership styles to that of SIA's Principles and values. Plans, monitors, and leads activities according to Plant and Section goals related to Safety, Quality, and productivity. Performs other duties as assigned by the Group Leader's Manager(s).
