Job Purpose:
The Racine Manufacturing Operations teamsupports a wide range of engineering processes and production lines to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in plant operations. By driving process improvements and problem‑solving initiatives, the team plays a key role in delivering high‑quality agricultural equipment to customers. As aManufacturing Engineer Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience working with production teams, supporting process optimization projects, and applying engineering principles in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supportingengineering processes and production line operationsat the Racine facility Applyingroot cause analysisto identify and implement robust, sustainable solutions to production challenges Contributing toprocess improvement projectsthat enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency Assisting withdata analysis and reportingto support decision‑making in manufacturing operations Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet project deadlines and operational goals
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be asophomore, junior, or seniorpursuing aBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Intermediate Excel skills and basic data analysis experience required Farming background or experience inagriculture, construction, or landscapingpreferred, but not required Some positions may require the ability totravel to other sites Pay Transparency
The hourly salary for this role is $23.69 - $27.81/hr plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
