About the role: Trusted Prenup helps couples create clear, fair prenuptial agreements online. Many of our clients want — and in several states benefit from — independent legal counsel reviewing their agreement before they sign. That's where you come in. We're building a nationwide network of licensed attorneys to provide that independent review. We send you the client and the completed draft; you review it, walk the client through it in a short consultation, and confirm they understood what they signed. No intake, no marketing, no litigation, no billing headaches — we handle all of that. You focus on the legal work you already know how to do. We are actively expanding into new states. If you're licensed and in good standing anywhere in the U.S., we want to talk — We are opening up every state now. We will only take 3-4 lawyers per state. What you'd do Review completed prenuptial agreements for clients in a state where you're licensed Hold a brief virtual consultation to explain terms, answer questions, and confirm informed, voluntary consent Where applicable, provide a certificate or acknowledgment of independent legal advice Flag any concerns or revisions before the client finalizes That's it. Discrete, well-scoped engagements — not ongoing litigation or case management.
