Senior Counsel - SaaS & AI Commercial Transactions

Relativity is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial Transactions to advise on a broad range of customer-facing and strategic commercial contracts, with emphasis on SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and AI-enabled offerings. The role partners with Sales, Product, Finance, Security, and other teams to enable growth, manage risk, and scale contracting processes, including pricing governance and strategic initiatives.
