Training Specialist

Position: Training Specialist/UKG Support Location: 100% Remote - EST time zone preferred

Insight Global is seeking a UKG Support/Training Specialist for a top healthcare client supporting a large-scale workforce management system upgrade. This candidate will play a key role in preparing more than 4,000 managers for an upcoming go-live by delivering engaging, topic-specific training on workforce management functionality, including scheduling, timekeeping, accruals, leave, and reporting. The ideal candidate is personable, patient, customer-focused, and confident presenting to a variety of audiences. Candidates with HR systems or UKG Workforce Central experience are highly preferred, but strong trainers with excellent presentation and customer service skills will also be considered.

Reporting experience within workforce management systems$36 to $45 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
