Senior External Affairs & Crisis Communications Lead

PEMEX Deer Park is seeking an experienced Senior External Affairs Advisor to lead external communications, partner with internal teams, and coordinate media relations at the Deer Park refinery. The role supports crisis planning, incident response, and social impact initiatives within local communities. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in communications or public affairs, at least a decade in related fields, and strong NIMS IC/PIO capabilities. Bilingual preference is a plus.
