About the role

Location: Canton MI Pay: $13.73 - $15.73 per hour Job Type: Part-time Schedule: 24 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
About the Role: At The Salvation Army Thrift Store, your work helps turn donations into funding for programs that support people in our community. We are looking for a motivated, dependable Retail Store Processor to process and prepare donated goods, keep the store organized, and help meet production goals.
What You'll Do:
  • Sort, tag, and price merchandise
  • Help track and report production numbers
  • Move processed merchandise to sales floor
  • Provide friendly, helpful service to donors
  • Receive trucks and assists to load, unload and move product to the correct departments
  • Maintain clean work and storage spaces
  • Work together with team members to meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
  • Training Provided
  • Paid training on store procedures
  • Ongoing coaching and support from store leadership
