About the role

Job Description: Logan Tech (Prox Talker.com LLC dba Logan Tech) is a fast-growing assistive technology company building hardware and software tools that help individuals with special needs communicate and interact with the world. We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Part-Time Production & Fulfillment Assistant to support our core operations. Hours are 9am-1pm or as agreed. In this role, you will assist our shipping department and speech tablet device preparation. You will handle our tablet bundles, manage our trial device program, and ensure every order gets out the door accurately and safely. This is a fantastic role for someone who is detail oriented, loves modern tech, and enjoys variety in their workday.
Key Responsibilities: - Tablet & App Configuration: Unbox, configure, and install accessibility apps, restrictions, and hardware interfaces on iPads and modern devices.- Trial Device Management: Manage our trial/loaner equipment program. This includes inspecting, sanitizing, testing, and factory-resetting returned devices, as well as prepping them for the next user.- Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Accurately pick, pack, and process daily orders for shipment. Generate shipping labels and track inventory leaving the shop.- General Shop Support: Assist the production team with light mechanical prep work, organizing inventory, breaking down boxes, and keeping the workspace efficient.- Shipping and receiving support
Required Qualifications: - Tech-Savvy: Strong familiarity with Apple products, iOS navigation, app installation, and basic device troubleshooting.- Highly Organized: Excellent attention to detail. You don't skip steps and take pride in perfectly packed orders.- Dependable & Flexible: Willing to jump in and help wherever needed on a given day.- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for periods of time and safely lift/move standard shipping boxes.\nCompany
