Associate Engineer, Deployment Services

Key responsibilities: Provision Windows and Apple endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Jamf, while maintaining client-specific build profiles Perform user onboarding, account provisioning, and Active Directory administration, ensuring compliance with documented client standards Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain accurate records in designated systems while participating in on-call rotations as needed

Required qualifications: Zero to one year of technical experience in an IT environment, including internships or hands-on coursework Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and practical experience Foundational knowledge of Windows and Apple endpoint provisioning, along with basic understanding of Microsoft Intune and Active Directory Experience with an MSP, service desk, or endpoint-management platform is preferred CompTIA A+ or an equivalent foundational certification is preferred
