What's the Job? Conduct or attempt to conduct phone interviews for your entire shift. Utilize a computer-assisted script to guide conversations lasting around 25 minutes. Document necessary information accurately in the computer system. Maintain a positive attitude while managing conversations with various personalities. Work in a comfortable and casual office/call center environment. Full - Time or Part- Time HoursNot a remote position What's Needed? Ability to read and write proficiently. Basic computer skills and the ability to type efficiently. Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly disposition. Dependability and a strong work ethic.
