About the role

Brazer – Winona, MNMultistack is seeking experienced Brazers to join our team in Winona, MN! The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a variety of materials to create custom metal parts and components. This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in fabrication, metalworking, or a related field. We have full-time and part-time positions available on our 1st shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) Monday – Friday. We offer competitive wages and a great benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long term disability, 401k match, paid holidays, and paid vacation. All new hires are eligible to receive a $1,000 bonus after 30 days of perfect attendance and a quarterly productivity bonus if quota is met. Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings to create custom metal parts and components Prepare and heat metal parts and components Braze together components to assemble fabricated metal parts using a torch Examine seams and re-braze defective joints

Qualifications: Previous experience in brazing of copper tubing Desire to learn Ability to use hand tools Self-motivated and detail-oriented Ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with others
