LPN – (3PM–11PM Shift) (11PM-7AMRedmont Ridge Senior Living – Birmingham, ALRedmont Ridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for the 3PM–11PM shift. This position plays a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents living with memory-related conditions in a warm and caring environment. Schedule Full-Time Required to work every other weekend
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' health and communicate changes to the Wellness Director
- Assist caregivers and support daily resident care needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and community policies
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the State of Alabama
- Experience in senior living or memory care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
