What you’ll be doing: Perform physical and chemical testing across raw materials, finished products, fuels, and environmental systems Collect plant samples directly from operational areas and interpret results to support quality decisions Route material based on laboratory analysis and maintain product quality standards across productionSupport laboratory calibration, preventative maintenance, quality systems, and compliance activities What you’ll bring 1-4 years of laboratory, manufacturing, mining, aggregates, steel, or industrial process experience Confidence working in a hands‑on industrial environment rather than a purely office‑based laboratory Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make informed quality decisions independently Ability to work rotating 12‑hour day and night shifts within a continuous operation
