Director of Developer Experience & Platform Transformation

Piper Companies seeks a Director of Developer Experience (DevEx) for a leading organization in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. The role is hybrid with three days onsite in the office. Lead the enterprise DevEx strategy, build internal developer platforms, and establish KPIs to improve productivity, platform adoption, and delivery velocity. Partner with engineering, security, and finance to drive governance and cost management, enabling faster product delivery.
