Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver outstanding guest service and support the Front Office operations, combining front desk responsibilities with room inventory management and arrival planning to ensure an efficient operation and seamless guest experience. You will provide personalized service, manage room assignments, coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments, and uphold brand standards throughout the guest journey.
