Lexington Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation. This part-time position (4 hours per week) requires a Bachelor's in OT, current state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized therapy across homes, clinics, and community settings. You will perform assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress while educating families and coordinating with team members
