SEM Associate Director, AI-Driven Paid Search Leader

Citi is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Search Operations to own end-to-end SEM execution for the U.S. Consumer Cards Paid Media team, driving AI-powered automation and compliant, high-performing campaigns at scale. You will lead a large SEM team responsible for trafficking, QA, budgeting, and performance reporting, and partner with Google, Microsoft, and SA360 to shape Citi's search capabilities while delivering measurable ROAS and efficiency.
