Director, Voice AI & Multilingual Speech Systems

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Agentforce Voice Models to own the full voice intelligence stack—ASR/STT, TTS, S2S, speaker diarization, and language coverage. You will partner with product, infra, and GTM teams to set high-accuracy, low-latency voice capabilities at enterprise scale. You will recruit and lead a 20–30 person team of researchers and ML engineers, driving architectural excellence, ethical considerations, and market-leading voice experiences across languages and markets.
