Bilingual Call Center Representative

Overview: Salary Range $17.36 - $20.10 Hourly Position Type Full-Time/Part-Time Education Level High SchoolJob Description Greater Family Health is a multi-site federally qualified health center providing comprehensive medical, dental and behavioral health services within the Chicagoland area. Our mission is to provide quality, affordable health care for all including those without the ability to pay. This position is responsible for answering patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, and distribution of messages.

Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact with patients, answering calls with courtesy and professionalism. Provide information, answer questions, and direct patients to appropriate resources. Schedule patient appointments. Identify urgent requests and emergencies, directing them to the appropriate team members. Obtain and verify patient demographic, insurance, and billing information. Accurately document patient interactions, inquiries, and appointment details into EPM/EHR System. Professionally handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy. Report to all scheduled work sites and shifts on time and fully prepared to engage in all job responsibilities; location of work sites and shifts will change at the discretion of the supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement for this role. High School Diploma or GED Certification. Basic computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
