Role: Elasticsearch Administrator Location: New York City, NYFulltimeWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Elasticsearch Administrator to manage maintain and optimize our Elasticsearch clusters The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search technologies systems administration and monitoring tools and will be responsible for ensuring the performance availability and security of Elasticsearch deploymentsKey ResponsibilitiesInstall configure and manage Elasticsearch clusters and nodesMonitor Elasticsearch performance and availability using tools like Kibana Grafana or PrometheusImplement security policies including authentication authorization TLS and audit loggingTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to cluster health node communication and indexingRequired SkillsStrong handson experience with Elasticsearch v7x and aboveExperience with Kibana Beats and Logstash ELK stackProficiency in scripting languages like Bash Python or ShellExperience with cloud environments such as AWS Azure or GCPKnowledge of containerization Docker Kubernetes"
