Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Five or more years of experience in digital production, on-demand media, or related roles. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Excellent editorial judgment and strong storytelling instincts. Experience editing and packaging digital audio. Proven ability to write and produce for digital platforms, including social media. Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams. Commitment to fairness, accuracy, and BBC editorial standards. Interest in emerging formats, platforms, and audience behaviors. Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Previous employment working in a national news organization. Experience working with talent. Field production experience. Reporting experience.
