Freeman Health System in Springdale, Arkansas seeks an Assistant General Counsel to serve as a trusted advisor within the in-house legal team. You will advise on health care operations and transactions, draft and negotiate contracts, and support risk management and compliance under the CLO's direction. Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited school, an active Arkansas Bar license, and at least two years in health care law. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.
