Targeting Officer

Responsibilities: Support and drive complex global, strategic-level operations against high-priority threats to U.S. national security. Research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets; generate leads to advance overseas operations. Provide resource allocation recommendations to maximize collection effectiveness. Communicate narratives through detailed briefings to senior leadership and colleagues within a 24/7 intelligence operations center. Author concise written summaries for future assessments based on all-source information. Participate in short-term domestic and international deployments sponsored by clients. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Active Top Secret security clearance and polygraph. Experience with Targeting and/or operational case management preferred. Experience supporting HUMINT operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community is a plus. Critical thinking skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in drafting and disseminating reports and requests for information. Ability to deliver clear and concise briefings confidently.
