The Chief will also be involved in staff training and development, ensuring that all programs meet participant outcomes and contractual deliverables, and will be expected to actively network with internal and external stakeholders to enhance housing opportunities and support services. Applicants for the Chief of Housing and Homelessness Services position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's in Social Work highly desired, and a minimum of 5 years of management supervisory experience. The role demands a deep understanding of housing-first principles, coordinated entry systems, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction approaches. Experience in nonprofit or public agency settings, as well as knowledge of housing policy and regulatory mandates, is essential.
