Director of Finance & IT Operations

Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic Director who is a skilled 'people person' a leader with a Team mentality, to manage several internal departments, and provide data-driven program administration, financial oversight, compliance with GAAP and ERISA, and coordination with collective bargaining units and unionized workforces.

Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and operational management for department directors who oversee retirement, pension, and benefits programs across multiple states. Oversee financial department activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audit preparation in accordance with GAAP.Ensure compliance with ERISA, federal and state regulations, and plan documents; coordinate legal and regulatory reviews as needed. Listen to and mentor department leaders, establish performance objectives, and build cross-functional team capabilities. Prepare and present data-driven program performance, financial status, and risk reports to senior leadership and governing boards.
