What you'll do:
You'll work as a recruitment consultant and sales consultant in the talent space by sourcing and approaching candidates, building relationships, and placing candidates with clients who trust us to deliver. Junior consultants get direct mentorship from a team that has built searches in this market for years. You're taught how to qualify a search properly, how to read a candidate's motivation, and how to run a process. Who we're looking for Someone who's curious about a technical market and willing to learn it. You don't need an engineering background, but you need to be willing to understand what a BESS interconnection timeline actually means before you can sell a candidate on a role. Recent graduates and Class of 2027 candidates welcome as no prior recruitment or sales experience required.
