Solar Field Specialist - Training Provided - $70K - $125k

What You'll Do: Engage homeowners through face-to-face door to door canvassing. Provide homeowners with information on alternative solutions to their energy needs. Become an expert in renewable energy. Set solar appointments. Receive ongoing training and mentorship. Participate in daily team huddles, coaching and performance training. Have fun with weekly incentives, bonuses, and regular team building events!

What We're Looking For: Team Player Highly motivated and goal-oriented Confident and comfortable speaking with homeowners Strong communication skills Competitive mindset with a desire to win Reliable, coachable and willing to learn. Previous sales, canvassing or hospitality experience is a plus Elite sales experience is preferred but not required
