Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Assisted Living - Strabane Woods of Washington Washington, PA - Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Daylight shift Staff Nurse (6 AM - 2:30 PM) and Evening shift Supervisor (2 PM - 10:30 PM) with rotating weekends and holidays. Starting Pay: $26.50/hour - $33.50/hour; Depending on experience + Up to $3,000 Sign-on Bonus. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates and supports the individualized plan of care for community residents. Supervises and provides leadership and direction to community team members to ensure quality care and services are provided to residents.
