Project ManagerLocation: Raleigh, NC (REMOTE)Duration: 12 months contractProject: Update state project management system (Touchdown) weekly.Tasks include:Tracking Contractors hours worked per week, percentage complete of key work streams, and related financial and project status information.This assignment utilizes MS Project, SharePoint, and related MS tools.Scheduling and coordination of working sessions, touchpoints, and related project meetings.Taking minutes for project meetingsSupporting and facilitation of project documentation and templatesPowerPoint presentation slide support Producing and editing reportsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Skill Matrix:Demonstrated experience with IT project management – Required 3 YearsPMP certification preferred but not required - Highly desired 2 YearsStrong communication skills – Required 3 YearsDemonstrated Experience with Microsoft Project, Office 365 applications, including SharePoint, and MS Teams – Required 3 YearsPreferred: Visio - Highly desired 1 Years
