Job Responsibilities:
Monthly capitalization & depreciation entries for GLMonthly Fixed Asset Complete annual/quarterly impairment review Annual property tax return Support annual financial statement audit & any govt. agency audits Prepare quarterly/annual govt. reporting Monthly review of subsidiaries Monthly fluctuation analysis/accruals Month-end close payroll Reconcile GL accounts Monthly balance sheet reconciliations as needed Address accounting issues Ad-hoc reporting & analysis as needed Other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or similar 5+ years of Accounting/Finance experience – public/private/auditing background Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)Strong data analytics skills Self-motivated, multi-tasker, ability to work under minimal supervisionCPA is preferred
