This position is responsible for safely transporting and delivering products to customer locations while providing professional and courteous service.ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a box truck for local deliveries and pickups. Load and unload products as needed. Complete deliveries accurately and within scheduled timeframes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork, mileage, and required documentation. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable DOT requirements. Maintain a professional and customer-service-focused attitude at delivery locations. Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Assist with basic warehouse or loading duties when needed.QualificationsValid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record. Previous box truck, delivery, or commercial driving experience preferred.Valid DOT Medical Card required. Candidates who do not currently have a DOT Medical Card must be willing and able to obtain one as a condition of the position.Must be able to safely load, unload, lift, and move product throughout the workday. Strong attendance, dependability, and time-management skills. Ability to follow delivery routes, schedules, and safety procedures. Good communication and customer service skills.
