About the role

All Access Media produces daily live programming and video-on-demand for a national financial media network. We're hiring a Senior Producer on contract for a hybrid role that spans both sides of the operation: supporting the daily linear broadcast, and owning the digital pipeline that turns it into published video.

Role Description: All Access Media is seeking an experienced Financial Media Producer to join our Chicago-based production team. This role will work across a growing portfolio of financial media, corporate and Fortune 500 brand content, producing compelling programming for broadcast, streaming, digital and social platforms. We’re looking for a strong producer and storyteller who understands how to turn complex business, financial and corporate topics into clear, engaging content. Knowledge of financial markets, investing and the economy is a strong plus, but we are equally interested in producers with experience creating premium content for major corporations, business brands or Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

Produce live and taped video content, interviews, segments and original programming
Develop story ideas, segment concepts, scripts, rundowns and interview questions
Work closely with hosts, executives, contributors, clients and production teams
Research companies, executives, industries, financial markets and major business stories
Translate complex financial and corporate topics into accessible, compelling storytelling
Produce executive interviews and thought-leadership content
Manage projects from pre-production and shoots through post-production and final delivery
Coordinate with editors, graphics teams, crews and other production resources
Maintain strong editorial, creative and brand standards across multiple projects
Help identify opportunities to turn individual productions into repeatable formats and franchises

Work across traditional programming as well as digital, social and emerging content formats.

Qualifications: 5+ years of professional producing experience in television, digital media, financial media, corporate content or branded entertainment Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts Excellent writing, research and communication skills Experience working with senior executives, on-air talent and/or major corporate brands Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving production environment Strong understanding of video production from concept through delivery Comfortable working collaboratively with clients and creative teams Experience with Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions or major consumer/business brands is highly desirable Knowledge of financial markets, investing, business news and macroeconomic trends is a plus Financial journalism, business news or financial-media experience is a significant advantage.
