Remote Math Interventionist for K-12

Minnesota Connections Academy is seeking a Math Interventionist to support K-12 students at risk of failing courses. Working from home or the St. Paul office, you will analyze data, meet with students and families, and coordinate with teachers to develop individualized plans. You will travel across Minnesota to meet with students, parents, and learning coaches, delivering targeted interventions and tracking progress to help students stay on track for graduation.
