Senior Corporate Counsel IP Litigation & AI Governance

Draft Kings is seeking a Corporate Counsel, IP Litigation to own and manage intellectual property litigation and related matters. You’ll guide teams on IP risk, coordinate with outside counsel, and help shape Draft Kings’ AI governance framework. You will handle patent, trademark, copyright, and publicity issues while aligning legal strategy with business goals and industry regulations. This role reports to the Senior Corporate Counsel.
