COORDINADOR DE DIVISION

Responsibilities: Performs check and dispatch of merchandise to sellers in the early morning in the ramp area. Prepares daily attendance reports and actions taken for Sellers and Training Sellers. Checks the load of bread, sweets, and inventories in the buses. Coordinates, dispatches, and invoices special orders according to the division's needs. Prepares and sends the daily wagon check and error document to Finance in the morning. Prepares and daily squares the sale of "stale" merchandise. Prepares daily reports of the Sales Department. Answers sellers and customers' calls. Assists Sales Supervisors in their administrative functions as requested. Performs the collection of baskets as required. Reports any vehicle situations to the division mechanic and/or the fleet department. Responsible for the handling, control, and conditions of all promotional materials such as "racks", crosswalks, "pop", among others. Supports the Sales Department covering sales routes in the absence of unforeseen sellers and training sellers. Receives sellers upon arrival from route and verifies inventory, checks "stale" merchandise, and day's invoicing. Responsible for the sale and square of stale product money. Supports the functions of the cashier, shipping associate, and sellers during unforeseen absences. Responsible for keeping the dispatch area clean and organized at all times. Reports any food safety and quality situations. Observes the GMP's and Occupational Safety Standards applicable to their work area. B.

Requirements: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Category 8 Driver's License. Solid knowledge of the Puerto Rican market and its commercial dynamics. Strong skills in leadership, communication, data analysis, and problem-solving. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.Availability to travel within the territory and visit clients or sales points.
