About the Role Hardin & Associates Consulting (HAC) is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Training Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administration of our professional training program. This position serves as a primary point of contact for students and instructors and is responsible for coordinating registrations, course logistics, student records, regulatory submissions, certificates, communications, and other training-related activities. This is a full-time, in-office position working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week at our Carrollton, Texas office. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for students regarding registration, course schedules, payments, certificates, licensing questions, and other training needs. Register students for classroom and online training courses. Maintain accurate student records, rosters, attendance documentation, training files, and supporting records. Prepare and distribute course confirmations, reminders, instructions, certificates, and other student communications. Coordinate classroom and online training logistics, including instructor needs, training materials, supplies, and virtual-session preparation. Maintain training inventory and prepare materials for upcoming classes. Assist students with understanding TCEQ licensing and continuing-education requirements. Submit student training hours and required documentation through TCEQ systems, including STEERS.Process training payments and assist with registration-related questions. Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries by telephone and email. Maintain HAC's training calendar and ensure upcoming courses are accurately listed on the company website. Assist with marketing upcoming courses through email campaigns and other communications. Maintain training-related contact lists and records. Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and other training documentation. Track course registrations, attendance, training activity, and related information. Assist with training-related invoicing and administrative tasks. Support other administrative and special projects as needed. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional and friendly customer-service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities. Ability to work independently and follow assignments through completion. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Comfortable learning new software and web-based systems. Experience maintaining records, spreadsheets, databases, or customer information. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Reliable, proactive, and dependable. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $17-$19 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMHours: 40 hours per week Work Location: In person at our Carrollton, Texas office Why Join HAC?
