Sales Operations Manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a closely related field is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, sales operations, sales analysis, or a related field as an individual contributor.1-3 years experience in management is preferred.2+ years of experience working in the equipment distribution business. Well-developed verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills. Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Share Point).Ability to work efficiently and effective independently.

Working Conditions: Some local and domestic travel from time to time may be required. Occasional weekend and night required as project deems necessary. Working in office, warehouse, and a variety of customer facilities may be required. Working in a stationary position for an extended period. Moving or traversing for an extended period. Operating computers for an extended period. Possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels.
