Director of Quality & Operational Excellence

Precision Castparts Corp. seeks a Director of Quality to lead the strategy and implementation of the organization’s quality management systems, ensuring regulatory and customer requirements are met while driving operational excellence across the enterprise. You will coach global quality teams, oversee QMS across sites, lead audits, CAPA, supplier quality, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to elevate product quality and risk mitigation.
