Sales RepresentativeA surveillance and monitoring company specializing in construction site security and property management solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business across key markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven salesperson who thrives on lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals, with strong earning potential through commission.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and identify opportunities within construction, real estate, and property management industries Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and in-person client visits as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Educate customers on surveillance, monitoring, and security solutions tailored to their needs Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and client communication in CRM systems Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer service
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and generating new business Basic computer skills and experience using CRM platforms Experience selling to construction, security, or property management industries is a plus
